Who we are

LaagPerLaag is a sole proprietorship of Melissa Volont, based in Heers (Belgium). Enterprise number: 1024.538.348. Email: info@laagperlaag.be.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to every order in the LaagPerLaag webshop. By ordering, you agree to them.

Products and prices

We print every product ourselves, layer by layer. Small differences in colour or finish between the photo and the product are part of 3D printing and are not a defect.

All prices are in euros. LaagPerLaag falls under the special VAT exemption scheme for small businesses: no VAT is charged.

You see the shipping costs separately before you pay.

Ordering and paying

You pay securely through Mollie, with Bancontact, a payment card, iDEAL or a bank transfer. We never see your card or bank details.

Your order is final once your payment has gone through. If the payment fails, the order is cancelled.

Delivery and pickup

We ship to Belgium (€6), the Netherlands (€9) and the rest of the European Union (€12). Shipping is free from €50.

Pickup in Heers is free. We let you know when your order is ready and where to collect it.

Items in stock usually ship within a few working days. Items we print for you have the lead time shown on the product. We deliver within 30 days at the latest, unless we agree otherwise.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving it. Let us know at info@laagperlaag.be. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to.

We then send you the address to return the product to. Send it back within 14 days, undamaged and in its original packaging if possible. Return shipping is at your cost.

We refund the full amount, including standard shipping, within 14 days of you telling us you are withdrawing. We may wait to refund until we have the product back.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your wishes or clearly personalised, such as a product with a name or a custom print (article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).

Legal guarantee

Every product has a two-year legal guarantee for defects that were present at delivery. Report a defect as soon as possible by email, with a photo. We repair or replace the product, or refund you if that is not possible.

Normal wear, damage from a fall or misuse, and heat damage (for example in a hot car or close to a heat source) are not covered.

Custom prints

For a custom print, we first send you a quote by email. The order is final only once you accept and pay the quote. A custom print cannot be withdrawn from.

A question or a complaint? Email us at info@laagperlaag.be. We reply within a few working days.

If we cannot solve it together, you can turn to the Consumer Mediation Service free of charge (consumerombudsman.be). These terms are governed by Belgian law.
