Who handles your data

LaagPerLaag, sole proprietorship of Melissa Volont, based in Heers (Belgium), enterprise number 1024.538.348. For anything about your data, email info@laagperlaag.be.

What we keep

When you order: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and your address if we ship. Also what you order, including a name you have printed on a product. For a custom print, we also keep what you email us.

We never receive your card or bank details: they go straight to Mollie.

Why

To make, ship and charge your order, and to email you about it. This is needed to carry out our contract.

To keep our accounts, as the law requires.

We send no advertising and sell your data to no one.

How long

We keep orders and invoices for as long as accounting law requires. Emails about an order or a custom print are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Who receives your data

Only those who need it to complete your order: Mollie (payments), Brevo (emails), MyParcel and the carrier delivering your parcel (shipping), and the host of our webshop. All of them operate in the European Union.

Cookies

We only use the cookies the webshop needs: one cookie remembers your cart for 30 days. No tracking or advertising cookies, so no cookie banner either.

Your rights

You may see your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its use, and ask for it in a usable format. Email us at info@laagperlaag.be; we reply within a month. What the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, can only be deleted after that period.

If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
